Each garment is produced on demand, so it takes us a little longer, but we guarantee premium quality.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on purchases over $999 MXN .


4. How do the sizes work?

All our garments include an accurate size guide based on actual measurements in centimeters (cm).
We recommend comparing it to a garment you already own to make a better choice.


5. Can I change my order if I chose the wrong size or color?

Because these products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges for size or color if the customer made a mistake.
We only replace damaged or defective products.


6. What happens if my garment arrives damaged?

Don't worry.
If it arrives damaged, with a bad print or defective, we will send you another product completely free of charge .
You just need to write to us with photos within the first 7 days .


7. Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel within the first 2 hours after making the purchase.
Once the production process has started, there are no cancellations.
